There’s a lot to consider when you open your home up to the idea of a face-lift. Will the colors be complimentary? Will the space feel balanced? Will I really love the overall look and feel of all the different selections? Renovations, however exciting, can also be overwhelming and frustrating for people.
I fix that.

Being both a Realtor® and a designer gives me a different perspective and enables me to be market savvy and conscientious, as well as stylistic. I consider many different design elements to make sure that nothing is forgotten or overlooked. As a Realtor®, I can also help clients buy a home under budget and renovate to make it perfect before they even move in. And… as many people know, home renovations (done right) can increase property values dramatically.

Accessing the space and consulting with the client about their needs and wants in a renovation

Gathering preliminary pricing estimates
Preparing a thorough design proposal to include creative use of space and decorative finishes, helping refine and simplify the renovation process
Communicating closely with contractors to ensure that the approved plan is put into action correctly
Background
I opened Real Deals on Home Décor in Colorado Springs in 2007 and immediately took to designing the showroom. Many clients invited me into their homes for advice and insight on decorating, potential renovations, and color selections. It was there that my love for helping other people design their homes began. In 2008, I was asked to help design and decorate the interior of a home for the Parade of Homes in Black Forest, as well as stage several model homes for builders. For the past eight years, I’ve been welcomed into many homes to brainstorm ideas and offer creative solutions to utilize odd areas…and I love it. This is my passion…to recreate spaces.
