CLIENT FOCUS: Kitchen
This was such a fun family to work for! They asked me to come in to give them their dream kitchen... one where they had plenty of space for dining, homework, projects, and even magic shows. They love to entertain and tend to be the hub for their family and friends in town. This kitchen needed to reflect that... and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for hosting.

BENCH SEATING
Not only do Jeff and Jessica host their own friends, they frequently welcome neighbor kids and friends into their home. Bench seating in the dining nook allows for more child seating around the table. Additional bench seating in the back of the kitchen creates a great homework or reading nook or can even double as table seating when they host large amounts of people. This feature, in combination with the 9-ft island in the center of the kitchen, ensures that there is never a shortage of seating for the event of the day!
BEVERAGE STATION
The life of the party! That is the way to describe Jeff and Jessica. They frequently host super bowl parties and family events, so creating a great rhythm to the kitchen was essential. Guests need to be able to access beverages and appetizers without impeding the flow of the space, so adding this little drink station worked out perfectly. Whether it's coffee or a cold brew out of the mini-fridge, each guest can find what they need without breaking into the workspace.
