Wow, first blog post ever! How exciting is this?
So let me tell you a little about who I am: I'm Jessica and Im a total house nerd! I'm the mother of three beautiful and high-energy children Madax, Beckett and Whitaker. I'm a wife to an amazing husband. I run insane 200-mile relay races, and love to escape to the beach every now and again and pretend that I have time to read thought-provoking books by the fireplace. NOTHING...ok almost nothing makes this girl happier than a Dr. Pepper in one hand and a project in the other!
I am a managing broker at Structure Real Estate Group, as well as the owner and key designer of Jessica Daniels Design. As a realtor and designer, I help clients to sell and buy existing homes, dream up and create new custom homes and re-envision current spaces to maximize functionality and incorporate stunning design. I love design and renovation!!! I get so excited looking at homes and seeing how different eras produced unique stylistic elements, and how trends emerge over time. Being creative and thinking outside the box and following through and making magic happen is my specialty! I love finding solutions, and I despise wasted space. When we are done with your design everything will have a place.
I also love people. One of my greatest joys in life is helping people and making them excited. It warms my heart and makes me thrilled to see other people overjoyed and sleepless with anticipation. I truly enjoy advocating for my clients…and the best part of my job is when my clients become some of my dearest friends. I really get to know my clients on a personal level, and that’s what makes it so gratifying! So let's be friends!
I believe that we all can make a positive impact in our Colorado Springs community. It is so important that we all have a hand in making our city a great place to live while helping the less fortunate. I participate in social outreach and charity events and am part of a networking group of amazing women who empower each other and those around them!
